          JUDGMENT DECREE AND ORDER DIRECTING SALE OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY

         This cause coming on to be heard upon the plaintiff's complaint, and an order of default having been entered against the Defendant, grants United States of America's Motion [Doc. 9] for Entry of Judgment and the Court finds:

         1. That it has jurisdiction of the parties to and subject matter of this suit. The Defendant has been properly served and having failed to answer or otherwise enter any appearance herein, although the time for answering having expired, is ordered defaulted.

         2. The United States of America, acting through the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development (formerly Farmers Home Administration), made a loan to Kristeena A. Tunget a/k/a Kristeena A. Dodson, secured by a mortgage dated June 29, 2000 (Ex. A of the complaint), in the total principal amount of $78, 000.00. The mortgage was recorded on July 3, 2000, in Marion County, Illinois in Mortgage Record 2000R4829. That loan is evidenced by a promissory note dated June 29, 2000 (Ex. B). Defendant, Kristeena A. Tunget a/k/a Kristeena A. Dodson, defaulted on the note. On September 12, 2013, the United States of America, acting through the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, issued a notice of acceleration (Ex. C).

         3. That the following is the name of person that may have claimed an interest in the above described property, but who is foreclosed from asserting her claim, if any, because of her default in this action: Kristeena A. Tunget a/k/a Kristeena A. Dodson

         4. That by virtue of the mortgage and indebtedness thereby secured, the plaintiff, United States of America, has a valid and subsisting lien as follows:

         Common address: 2385 Bundyville Road, Walnut Hill, Illinois 62893

         A part of the N.E. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 36, T1N, R1E of the 3rd P.M., Marion County, Illinois, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the point where the east line of said 1/4 1/4 1/4 section intersects with the centerline of Bundyville Road, being the point of beginning, thence North on said East line 151 feet, thence West 285 feet, thence South parallel with said line 135 feet to a point on the east bank of a creek known as the Rocky Branch Runoff; thence southeasterly along the east bank of said creek to the point said east bank intersects with the centerline of Bundyville Road, thence Northeasterly along the centerline of said Bundyville Road to the point of beginning.

         5. That by virtue of the mortgage and the indebtedness thereby secured, as alleged in the Complaint, there is due the plaintiff, the United States of America, as follows:

         (a) For its own use and benefit for the costs of this suit and for:
