UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, PLAINTIFF,
v.
SCOTT MEDFORD, DEFENDANT.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Stiehl, District Judge

ORDER

Before the Court is the government's motion for finding of no third-party interests (Doc. 40).

The motion seeks to have the Court enter an Order of clear title and forfeiture pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 853(n)(7) with respect to $35,000 in United States currency seized from the defendant, Scott Medford, on August 23, 2011.
