ORDER

This cause coming before the Court on the plaintiffs' Motion for Damages, with due notice having been given to the defendants, and the Court having found that the defendants have been properly served with summons and complaint.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

Judgment is entered on behalf of the Laborers' Pension and Welfare Funds and against defendants Jordan's Brokery & Consultants, Inc. and Concrete Cutting Technology, for the period of September 1, 2010 through April 2011 in a total amount of $18,232.41 which consists of:
