JUDGMENT ORDER

This cause coming before the Court on the plaintiffs' Motion for Damages, due notice having been given to the defendant, and;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. On behalf of the Graphic Communications Conference of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters National Pension Fund, George Tedeschi and Malcolm L. Pritzker, Trustees, a judgment is entered in the total amount of $11, 632.34, against defendant Kestler Graphics, Inc., which consists of:

Principal contributions as shown by the affidavit of James Thomos for the period from September 2009 through September 2010 in the amount of .......... $7,408.80 Liquidated damages ............................................... $1,481.76 Interest .......................................................... $329.28

Arbitration Costs .................................................. $220.00 Attorneys' fees ................................................... $1,772.50 Costs ............................................................$420.00

3. In the event that the defendant continues to operate, this Court orders Kestler Graphics, Inc., to report and pay contributions owed on behalf of its employees covered by the collective bargaining agreement to the Fund on a monthly basis.

4. This Court finds that there is no just reason for delay and expressly directs entry of a final judgment.
