Specifically, the Plaintiff and Defendants move to dismiss the matter with prejudice, at the cost of the respective parties. The Court ACKNOWLEDGES the dismissal and DISMISSES with prejudice, at the cost of the respective parties, Plaintiff's cause of action against Defendants. The Court will close the file.
