For good cause shown, the Court hereby ACKNOWLEDGES the Stipulation (Doc. 68). Accordingly, as the Parties request, Plaintiff's cause of action against Defendants is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, each party to bear their own costs. Clerk to enter judgment.
