MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
This matter comes before the Court on plaintiff Michelle Crossier's motion to dismiss this case with prejudice (Doc. 86), which is presumably pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2). Rule 41(a)(2) provides that only the Court may dismiss an action after an adverse party has filed an answer or motion for summary judgment or in the absence of a stipulation of dismissal of from all the parties. Having received responses from the remaining defendants in this case that they have no objection to such a dismissal (Docs. 90 & 91), the Court GRANTS the remainder of the motion (Doc. 86), DISMISSES with prejudice all remaining claims in this case, each party to bear its own costs, and DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to enter judgment accordingly.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
