United States v. CDW-Government

IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF ILLINOIS

December 20, 2006

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ET AL., PLAINTIFFS,
v.
CDW-GOVERNMENT, INC., AN ILLINOIS CORPORATIONS, DEFENDANTS.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: David R Herndon United States District Judge

FILED IN CAMERA AND UNDER SEAL

ORDER

This matter coming to be heard on Plaintiff United States of America's Motion for Extension of Seal and for Extension of Time to Determine Whether to Intervene, Pursuant to 31 U.S.C. § 3730(b)(3), and the Court being advised in the premises,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said motion is GRANTED and this matter shall remain under seal until June 19, 2007, by which date the United States will determine whether to intervene in the relator's complaint, and the complaint shall not be served on the defendant throughout that time period. The Court reminds the Government that it has had an extended period of time to review this action and this extension should be more than sufficient to resolve the issues necessary to determine whether it is compelled to intervene.
