ORDER

This matter is before the Court on the Motion to Intervene (entitled "Petition of Liquid Transport Corporation to Intervene") filed by a proposed intervenor, Liquid Transport Corporation, on October 7, 2005 (Doc. 24). The motion is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

The intervenor has failed to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24(c) by failing to attach the required intervenor "pleading setting forth the claim or defense for which intervention is sought." The intervenor may re-file with the required pleading.
