On the Court's own motion, the Court finds the summary order entered by the Appellate Court, First District, inadequate to address the issues presented and inappropriate to the nature of the case. The summary order entered by the appellate court in People v. Taylor, case No. 1-92-3288, on November 30, 1995, is VACATED. In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the case is remanded to the Appellate Court, First District, Fourth Division, with directions to render an opinion or order pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 23.
