In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the judgment of the Appellate Court, Fifth District, in case No. 5-94-0713 is VACATED. The cause is REMANDED to the Circuit Court of Gallatin County with instructions that the defendant be allowed 30 days in which to file a Rule 604(d) motion to withdraw his guilty plea and vacate the judgment.
