On September 1, 1989, the United States had filed a petition for rehearing in No. 88-1925, which was denied on October 13. The petition had been miscaptioned and the government later sought and was granted leave to file a petition for rehearing by October 16. On October 17 it filed a petition which is materially identical to the petition that was submitted on September 1 and denied on October 13, and this petition is hereby DENIED.
