Order

This case is before the court on a petition for rehearing. On consideration of the petition, the court's opinion, issued April 7, 1989, is amended as follows:

On page 11, line 5 of the second full paragraph of the slip opinion, delete the words "ill-advised".

On page 6 of the slip opinion, lines 2-3 of the first full paragraph, delete "did not enter the car haulage agreement until January 20, 1987." and substitute therefore "entered the car haulage agreement at a later date."

Further, all of the judges on the original panel have voted to deny the petition for rehearing. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that the aforesaid petition for rehearing be, and the same is hereby, DENIED.
