IT IS ORDERED that the opinion of this court, dated August 15, 1980, is hereby AMENDED. The amendments are reflected in the "Amended Opinion," released today.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff-appellant's petition for rehearing is hereby DENIED. Each party is to bear its own costs in this appeal.
