DR. F.A. ROSS, DR. THOMAS E. HENNEY, DR. ROBERT G. ZACH, DR. G. STANLEY CUSTER, DR. JOHN J. SATORY, DR. DAVID J. TWOHIG, DR. H. G. WITHROW, DR. BENJAMIN LAWTON, AND DR. THOMAS W. DALTON, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS COUNSEL TO THE WISCONSIN STATE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS, AND DONALD PRESSENTIN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS INVESTIGATOR FOR THE WISCONSIN STATE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS, DEFENDANTS-APPELLEES.
On Petition for Rehearing
Before Hon. WALTER J. CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge Hon. ROBERT A. SPRECHER, Circuit Judge Hon. WILLIAM J. BAUER, Circuit Judge
On petition for rehearing, the Attorney General for the State of Wisconsin correctly notes that the order in this case appears to reinstate all defendants as to Counts I and II. On reconsideration, therefore, the original order is amended as follows:
1) the first two lines of Page 2 of the order are deleted;
2) substituting for the deleted material is the following:
"following reasons, we reverse the lower court's judgment on Count I as to the defendants Tormey, Dalton and Pressentin, and affirm on all other counts."
In all other respects, the petition for rehearing is hereby denied.
