Per Curiam: On consideration of the petitioner's petition and motion to stay order and direction of the National Labor Relations Board setting aside results of a prior representative election, and to enjoin stay and restrain the National Labor Relations Board from directing or conducting a new election in lieu thereof pending judicial review; opposition of respondent National Labor Relations Board to said petition and motion; motion of the National Labor Relations Board to dismiss the aforesaid petition for review; objections of petitioner to said motion to dismiss the petition for review; petitioner's brief in support of its objections to the said motion of the National Labor Relations Board to dismiss the petition for review; and the response of the National Labor Relations Board to petitioner's objections to the Board's motion to dismiss the petition for review and direction of a representative election.

It is Ordered that the Board's aforesaid motion to dismiss the petition for review for want of jurisdiction be and it is hereby allowed, and the aforesaid petition for review is hereby dismissed, thus rendering all other pending motions and petitions moot.
