Per Curiam: This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Defendants-Appellants that this Court vacate its order of affirmance in this appeal and remand the cause with directions to the District Court to dismiss the same because the issues presented therein have become moot; a stipulation of the parties consenting to the allowance of said motion; and an alternative motion of Defendants-Appellants that the issuance of a mandate herein be extended an additional thirty days or until such time as the matter becomes moot.

The Court having considered the same and being fully advised in the premises.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the said motions be, and the same are hereby DENIED.
