NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD, RESPONDENT.

Before HASTINGS, Chief Judge, DUFFY and CASTLE, Circuit Judges.

Per Curiam: The parties in the above-captioned proceeding having filed their joint motion for withdrawal of the petition for review and the cross-petition for enforcement of the Board's order, wherein it is recited:

"The parties in the above-captioned proceeding jointly move this Court to permit the withdrawal of the petition to review and the cross petition for enforcement of the Board's order filed in the above-captioned case. In support of this motion, the parties stipulate that they have successfully completed settlement negotiations and have entered into a settlement agreement. There remains no issues to be resolved. Accordingly, the parties respectfully request that the Court grant this motion to withdraw both of the petitions described above."

IT IS ORDERED by the Court that such joint motion for withdrawal be granted; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this cause be and the same is hereby dismissed.
