Per Curiam: This matter comes before the Court on the motion of counsel for respondent herein, The National Labor Relations Board, for transfer of the proceedings in this cause to the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit; the motion and statement of counsel for petitioner herein in opposition to said motion; and the statement of Local 2674, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, AFL-CIO, in support of said motion; and

It appearing to the Court that a prior petition for review of the same decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board has been filed in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the proceedings in this cause be transferred from this Court to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 2112(a).
