Per Curiam: This matter comes before the Court on the petition for review of an order of the Federal Trade Commission and the transcript of record, and was argued by counsel.

On consideration whereof it is ordered and adjudged by this Court that the said petition of Marshall Maltz, Ind. and trading as Benmar Sales Co. for review of an order of the Federal Trade Commission entered therein on December 17, 1954 be, and the same is hereby denied.

It is further ordered and adjudged by this Court that the motion of the Federal Trade Commission for affirmance and enforcement of its order of December 17, 1954 be, and the same is hereby granted.
