Now this day come the parties by their counsel, and this cause comes on to be heard on the Petition for Review of an order of the Federal Trade Commission, and the certified transcript of record and briefs of counsel, and on oral argument by Mr. Robert A. Simon, counsel for petitioner, and by Mr. James E. Corkey, counsel for respondent.

On consideration whereof, it is ordered and adjudged by this Court that the order entered in this cause by the Federal Trade Commission on September 14, 1953, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed.
