NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD, PETITIONER,
v.
SHEDD-BROWN MANUFACTURING COMPANY, RESPONDENT.

Before DUFFY, SWAIM and SCHNACKENBERG, Circuit Judges.

Per Curiam:

On consideration of the petition for rehearing filed by National Labor Relations Board, IT IS ORDERED that the opinion heretofore filed herein is modified and amended by striking the following paragraph from page 18 thereof:

"This Court will enforce the Board's order for reinstatement of the 13 employees upon a showing to the Board by each such employee as to how much of the time in question she was ready, able and willing to work for respondent."

and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:

"This Court will enforce the Board's order for reinstatement of the 13 employees and for making whole said employees for any loss of pay suffered by them through respondent's discrimination, as aforesaid, to be determined by the Board insupplementary proceedings, and this Court directs that the exact computations shall be made in accordance with law."

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said petition for rehearing be, and the same is hereby, denied.
